[What is the stock?]

Hello!

My name is In Chi Ju who live in Seongnam-city in Gyeonggi-do in Republic of Koera.

I have built a consulting company that trains a skill of trading of stocks on 8 Jan, 2025.

However, my company is a private company.

Because now, I don’t need to make a corporation,

But, I will build the corporation when I grow up my private.

Most companies receive an investment from many and unspecified persons to increase the business.

And the companies issue the stocks to the people who invest.

[How to invest my money?]

How much do you have now?

Short term investment is that the term is from 1 day to about 1 year.

Long-term investment is that the term is from a few years to dozens of years.

Value investment is that the people invest a stocks that have been devalued compare to market.

Growth stock investment is that the people invest a stocks that will grow in the future.

Do you remember about the pandemic COVID-19?

At that time, all countries of the world implemented the policy of quantitative easing.

So, by the money most people invested in real estate and stocks.

After that, the price unexpectedly jumped not only real estate but also stocks.

Because, the money of low interest rates moved from the bank to the real estate and the stock market.

As you know, the balance has been broken between demand and supply.

 “When do you buy and sell the real estate and the stocks?”,

I think that the profit is timing.

If you have a real estate and stocks, please sell it when the price is highest.

For example, when USA increases the interest rate,

The USD moves from Korean market to USA market.

Also, the price of real estate including stock decreases because of the interest rate.

Most people hope to achieve the rich life as soon as possible.

So, the people change the investment target from low profit to high profit.

And the people who want to avoid the risk prefer the high interest rate USD.

[The importance of cutting losses]

When do you sell your stock to reduce losses?
For example, minus 3%, 5%, 7%....
As you know, Tesla's stock has been falling recently compared to December 18, 2024.
The gap is very large between December 18, 2024 ($488) and March 18, 2025 ($235).
It has decreased by about 51.8% percent.
Above all, Some of my friends who have lost big cash due to their stock investments don't buy me meals.
When stock prices fall in the market, we need to determine the criteria (rules) for reducing losses.
Recently, I've cut off old friends I've met for a long time.
